Yolande developed a serious interest in psychology, biology and group/relationship dynamics during her eighteen year career as an orchestral musician. During her recent university studies however, another interest developed in the complicated area of workplace bullying, and the detrimental effects bullying has on targets, bystanders and organisations.
Other interests include neuropsychology (learning, memory and cognition, neuro-biological processes), social phobia, and successful aging, among others.
