Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are many and varied. When a workplace recognises that their workers are critical to the success of business, they want to support their staff in a friendly productive environment that enables the organisation to achieve its objectives.

The aim of an EAP is to provide staff access to an early intervention program. Staff may be seeking assistance for personal problems that maybe impacting on their work performance or staff may be be directed to seek assistance for issues that may be affecting work performance.
