Your organisation/business has decided to participate in two surveys to gain further information about the health and welfare of the staff and the health of the organisation. The information provided in the surveys will be used to help management better understand the state of health of their employees and the organisation.

The information you provide will be used to provide a summary analysis/report to the management of your company/ business. The information you provide in the Alliance surveys is not meant to identify and cannot identify any individuals/employees at any time.
Most of the surveys will be completed online using generic details provided by Alliance Psychology and Trauma Consultants. These details are generic and cannot identify individuals. If you have any questions about the way information will be used, please do not hesitate to contact us or phone one of our consultants.
